Privacy Policy

Pullix is an inventory app for trading card collectors and sellers. This policy explains, in plain language, what information Pullix keeps, why, who it is shared with, and how you can delete it.
What we collect
- Your account: email address and password (the password is stored encrypted; we can’t see it). Optional display and business name.
- What you put in the app: cards and their details (name, set, number, grade, cert number, notes), prices you enter (cost, value, asking price, lowest price), storage spots, sales records, pull lists and settings like fee presets.
- Photos: card photos you scan or add. They are stored privately in your own folder; only you can see them in the app.
- Usage records: a log of scans and lookups (time, which service was used, the card name found, and whether it worked). We use it to count your monthly scans, enforce fair-use limits and fix problems.
What we don’t collect
- No advertising, no ad tracking, and we don’t sell or rent your information to anyone.
- No contacts, location or other files from your phone. The camera is used only while you are scanning or taking a card photo, and only the photo you take is uploaded.
Services that help run Pullix
- Supabase: hosts our database, login and photo storage.
- CardSight AI: when you scan a card, the photo is sent to CardSight to identify it, and card searches are sent to its catalog.
- PSA: when you look up a graded slab, the cert number is sent to PSA’s cert lookup.
- eBay: when you check live listings, the search words for that card are sent to eBay. “See sold” opens eBay’s own app or website, where eBay’s privacy policy applies.
- Apple and Google: if you buy a subscription, payment is handled by the App Store or Google Play. We never see your card number.
- These services only get what they need to do their job for you.
How long we keep it
- Your information stays until you delete it or delete your account.
- Delete my account (More tab) permanently removes your account, cards, photos, spots, sales, pull lists and logs. Copies in our hosting provider’s backups are erased on their normal backup cycle.
- Before deleting, you can download your inventory and sales with Export to spreadsheet.
Your choices
- You can view, edit, or delete your cards and records at any time in the app.
- You can turn camera and photo access on or off in your phone’s settings.
- Depending on where you live (for example California or the EU), you may have extra rights to access or delete your data. Email us and we’ll help.
Security
- Data travels over encrypted connections. Each account can only reach its own records and photos. Keys for outside services stay on our servers, never in the app.
Children
- Pullix is not meant for children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect information from them.
Changes and contact
- If this policy changes, we’ll update the date above and, for important changes, let you know in the app.
